This is a timeline of the events as calculated by the newly embraced childer with the help of their sires. This list summarises all that is known about the mysterious goings on in the alpine town of Lientz, Gorizia.

1346 - A ship returned from China docks in Messina, Scicily, its crew were infected with an unknown pestilence
1347 - The great pestilence reaches the borders of France and Hungary
1348 - The great pestilence reaches Spain and Germany
1349 - The great pestilence reaches the British Isles
1350 - Infurious hears reports that there is something unusual about the ghoul in the service of Darius the kindred prince of Lientz.
1351 - The great pestilence ends as suddenly as it arrived, some say it "burned itself out"
1352 - Infurious arrives in Lientz, accompanied by a herald. The herald is on a routine tour of the Alpine towns on behalf of their leige
1352 - Infurious encounters Antonio de Veneta for the first time, Antonio is mourning the loss of his wife and child
1352 - Infurious realises there is nothing odd about the ghouled count, just a battle of wills between a strong willed ghoul and a weak willed vampire
1353 - The wedding of Count Albert III of Gorizia (house Meinhardiner) to Catherine de Celje (house Sanneck), daughter of Count Frederick I of Celje in Styria
1356 - The funeral of the Count's eldest daughter Elizabeth
1357 - Rann the woodcutter is lied to and used by Corvinis to manipulate the Garou into inactivity, they were upset about excessive tree felling and preparing to attack Lientz. It is proved to them that there is a demon to sniff out and so they watch
1358 - Antonio's master and father in law dies, Antonio becomes secretly obsessed with the town's gossip as a distraction
1361 - Afya encounters Anniballe for the first time, they become instant friends
1362 - Afya's patient spying finally brings her a tennutive result, she finds no record of Anniballe's sister and leaves for Innsbruck to seek out more information
1362 - On the night Afya returns Anniballe is taken to be sacrificed by what appears to be a female demon, thanks to a "potion" she escapes just long enough to leap off the tower to her death
1362 - The great pestilence re-starts in Lientz and quickly spreads, Antonio detects kindred activity for the first time when his ally is taken at the old church
1362 - The bandit Otto encounters plague victims for the first time and discovers he is immune to the disease
1362 - Antonio tells Infurious what he saw, Infurious secretly notes that the kindred are not legitimate residents, the pair investigate and discover Baali
1362 - The Baali gloat and claim to serve Shaitan, they reveal this too slowly meaning that Infurious is forced to allow Antonio to be drained before he could leave
1362 - Astryd establishes herself in the town to investigate the Baali, she uses the local criminals to gather the information she needs, her best resource is Otto
1362 - Corvinis sends his childe Rann to Infurious to keep him safe from the Garou, he spreads out and thanks to Rann's earlier efforts his Ravens are well received by the Garou
1363 - Corvinis keeps the Garou still, their 6 year quest to find the Corax for answers picks up pace but they are too distracted to investigate Lientz
1364 - The kindred of Lientz, led by their prince Darius attack the Baali residing in the old church. The Garou detect the infernal magic used by the Baali to defend themselves and attack
1365 - The sires take the time to train their childer, the perfect excuse for Infurious to stay in lientz. The sires secretly search for any remaining sign of the Baali.

The sires eventually conclude that the town is clear of the Baali menace but they find no sign of any being called Shaitan. If it was not for the eye witness account by Anniballe they would end their search here.
